you need to run it as root in terminal

there is only one entry for your Station IPAddress= 44

Update!
That seems to have done the trick!
One remaining problem...when I typed IP ROUTE LOAD in the superuser terminal window with xr32 running it told me I needed to be SYSOP to do that..so how do I do that?

xr32 is no longer running in winXP on my old machine as I have had to transfer all the dummy port udp/ip BT router settings to the machine running Mint.

I have no ip connectivity yet and can't ping local ip addresses viz pi 192.168.1.66

there are two ways for ip route load
iproute load or ip route load
i have never been asked for sysop status
use the F5  to capture what comes up on the screen
press F5 to close the capture.
in the xr32 folder you will find the capture text file
which you can copy & past into the message screen on here
here is my iproute load using both ways of typing

try to setup a link with your Bpq
something like this,change the IPLINK to your BPQ 192 address
and Map G4MKI-5 in BPQ
see what errors if any appear

I have just setup Port 20 using IPLINK=192.168.1.66 and UDPLOCAL & REMOTE 10099 (already setup in BPQ and my router.
The result:



I nearly fell out of my chair! All my routes are now in.......

It is not quite all working yet...port 2 to MB7UEK AGW RX is OK
port 20 to G7VJA-7 is not working or in my nodes list
Port 22 to G4MKI-8 is nor working or in my nodes list
Port 24 to Gb7CIP-5 is working when the link is there

I can ping my own network and google OK but have no local file sharing setup yet as I have been playing with xr32

I did manage to connect to HART:G7VJA-5 from CRCHAT and back to G4MKI-8 from HART...I tried your proxies in xrouter.cfg without sucess.

Port 22 to BPQ G4MKI-8 has been sorted out. I had the wrong ipaddress in my bpq32.cfg should have been 192.168.1.11 not 192.168.1.13. I am using a wired link for Mint (until I figure out a wireless connection).

I still have to find out why the link won't work to you the udp 10098 is routed and I have yout iplink as 80.176.146.86. I will check it out again as soon as I can tomorrow..but I have several things to do first..

If you are still connecting to G4MKI-8, the udp must be right..I reset it yesterday.

you have made good progress.
now what port have you set for G7VJA-5 in G4MKI-5 xr32
i still only have a link with G4MKI-8 your Bpq which is using port 10098

stick a copy of your xr32 config on your http://g4mki.no-ip.org/g7vja folder
rename the xr32 config that is already in there.

also i have left a message on your new g4mki-5 PMS
just type PMS on a empty terminal type L to link messages
type R + message number to read (all commands in lowercase)

which is not working,but in your config you have set port 80 (i have a copy from your Apache tnx)
but no worry we can work on that side as we go along
glad your happy so far with XR32
a bit more tweeking and it should all be good

dont forget to make a backup of all the linux xr32 files you never know

No,the http pages are a work in progress, I have installed Apache2.2 but need to play around with ports.

UDP Ports: Are any of these available at your end 10097, 10096, 10094? If we go down into the 10080-10090 range, I am using 10080 and 10083. Basically, name your poison and I will reconfigure my xr32 port to you.

That was me that set that on mine,its in the config under

received text should be white
sent text should be yellow
i find it easier on the eyes
re port range,i dont mind
how about 10085

I will leave the Bpq 10098 as it is  until you let me know that port 10085 is ready to use your end
port 10085 is setup here and waitng.
also xr32 will not let you use the same IPLINK for two connection ie: 10098 & 10095
if you have a static IP address i could use that to keep the port 10098 as well
but lets get XR32 talking to each other first

I have added UDPLOCAL=10085 and UDPREMOTE=10085 to my xr32 Port 20 config.

Do you also want me to disable UDP10098 in bpq32.cfg?..I can't understand why that is a problem?

Unfortunately, I don't have a static ip address, only a dynamic one (no-ip).
My console 3 screen is now working normally..the same as consoles 1 & 2.
Thanks for that, for the moment I have just commented out the relevant lines in my xrouter.cfg.

as for g4mki-8 Bpq i have had to hash it out,as i cannot use the same IPLINK to the same address
ie:g4mki.no-ip.org
i will monitor the connection of the xr32 -5 too xr32 -5

Check your -5 PMS from time to time study
